Get your lunch break sweat : every Tuesday- 12 PM (PST), take a 30-minute-class from the comfort of your home and stay healthy- physically and mentally.

Shaolin Fit are classes that include a brief warm-up, kung fu and Shaolin inspired exercises and a short stretching. Learn basics such as kicks, punches and footwork and get Full body and core workouts, at the same time.

Classes are over zoom every Tuesday- 12PM (PST).
