5 Animals Shaolin Kung Fu (Kids & Adults)
Tai Chi/ QiGong
Sanda
Meditation

Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 5 and 9 PM.

Wednesdays at 7 AM: Shaolin Kung Fu

We have flat fees:

  • Drop-In $20
